Chicken nuggets – you can find them in most restaurants offering kids’ menu. They’re fail-safe because kids love them. If they’re homemade and healthy, moms love them! You can get your chicken to stay moist inside and crispy outside. I like to experiment with chicken nuggets and dips, so in this week’s Facebook Live, I talked about my recipe for healthy chicken nuggets as well as a couple of recipes for healthy dips.
My Baked Chicken Nuggets recipe is a healthy alternative to our kids’ favorites, and it is also a way to sneak in veggies which is always a plus. You can always use any vegetables in these nuggets. You can use zucchini, broccoli, or spinach – whatever vegetable you like!
