I really like it when I get requests for recipes. It’s challenging, but when I develop a good one – nothing feels as good! It seriously makes me happy when I come up with something really good for the kids and my readers.
Without a doubt, one of the best recipes that I’ve developed is my baked lemon chicken. I definitely think you’re going to love this one. They’re really easy to make, and they only use a few simple ingredients. The chicken is juicy and tender once cooked. You can serve them to your kids alone, or you can mix them with other recipes. You can also repurpose them as leftovers. They’re delicious with the lemony flavor.
