Don’t you just love fall? It’s here! It’s a really beautiful season. You can feel it. You can see it everywhere. Trees have started to shed gorgeous orange, red, and yellow leaves. When you walk in the produce section of the supermarket, you’d find equally vibrant colors of fall.
Have you noticed the change in temperature? Yes, there are days when it’s still warm, but most days are dreary, cold and dark. These are the days when you’d long for a bowl of delicious, warm, hearty soup. These are the days when I would happily cook my healthy and filling Orzo Spinach Soup. It’s a great way to warm up a gloomy cold day.
