Water makes up 76% of your brain. It helps flush out toxins. It ensures a healthy immune system. Every single cell tissue and organ needs water to function properly. Water helps with our digestion – to keep things moving in your body.
Water also helps with sleep. It assist in the production of melatonin which is crucial to proper sleep. This is why it is so important to develop a healthy habit of drinking water. There are just so many health benefits to drinking the right amount of water on a daily basis.
